Who do I hand the payment to?

Payment should be handed directly to the authorized delivery person who brings the products to your shop or retail outlet. They are trained to handle your payment and provide your paperwork on the spot.

Yes. If you discover a manufacturing defect or an issue after the delivery is complete, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a credit on your next order.
